"Blending of musical styles and forming a new kind of orchestration gave the unmistakably rich sound of Unique Classico."
All three of us are classically trained musicians but jazz, pop and folk music also play an important role in our lives. Playing without notes, improvising after hearing and playing after hearing is very common for us. We have been playing together in this formation for four years, much of our program is based on classical music and film music and most of our pieces have their own orchestrated, unique ideas.
Initially, the idea of reworking the pieces arose because, after the dissolution of the earlier quartet, the newly formed trio needed a new kind of orchestration. Successively, the blending of musical styles eventually gave the Unique Classico its harmonious, unmistakably rich sound.
